When you message our WhatsApp number, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and our messaging service provider, AiSensy. 4. WhatsApp Business

Our WhatsApp Business number (+44 7749 797412) is managed via the WhatsApp Business API by All Sorted AI on our behalf. Automated responses may be used to handle common enquiries such as opening hours, booking requests, and event information. You will always have the option to speak with a member of our team. 5. Booking System

We use Stampede.ai to manage table bookings. When you make a booking, your name, contact details, party size, and any dietary requirements are stored within the Stampede platform. Stampede acts as a data processor on our behalf. For more information please see their privacy policy at stampede.ai.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following trusted third-party service providers, who process data on our behalf:

  • AiSensy — WhatsApp Business messaging platform
  • Stampede.ai — booking and reservation management

  • Microsoft — calendar and operational tools

All third parties are contractually required to process your data only as instructed and in compliance with UK GDPR.
